Kristy, Founder + CEO, was born with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to excellence.  Hailing from a family of small business owners, she knew that she wanted to own a business of her own one day.  She had many wonderful opportunities to work in small company environments and is beyond inspired by those that set out on their own to build their dream.

Her experience working on both the agency and the corporate side of talent acquisition provided her with a well-rounded background and an increasingly creative approach.  She has a knack for uncovering business needs and finding the talent or program to solve them.  Kristy loves to see organizations thrive and individuals achieve their career goals.
